10. Phebe3 Allen (Morrell2, James1) was born circa 1730? at PA. She married Amos Williams, son of Zacharius Williams and Anne Ellett, on 17 Mar 1762 at Sadsbury Mo. Mtg., Lancaster Co., PA; reported their marriage. She immigrated on 23 Oct 1765 from Sadsbury Mo. Mtg., Lancaster Co., PA; was recorded in Minutes, "PHEBE WILLIAMS, wife of AMOS WILLIAMS, requested a certificate to Cane Creek or Newgarden Monthly Mtg. in NC for herself and her two children." It appears that AMOS went to NC too, for on 19 Jun 1776, it was mentioned that he sent a letter to Sadsbury Mo. Mtg. acknowledging his misconduct during his residence there.

William Sweeney subsequently married the widow Jane and sold his wife's dower to JOEL's estate for his wards and he and Jane will leave Indiana, Feb 1850. Sweeney was replaced as guardian 12 Feb 1850.
